CityConcierge.com uses this information to provide you with the service you
have requested. For example, if you subscribe to any of our newsletters,
we may use your e-mail address to send you a confirmation notice and your
email address to send you your newsletter. If you make vacation related
purchases such as lodging, rental equipment, or group services, we will
use this information to send you confirmations as well as the goods. We
may also use the information to communicate with you about new features,
products or services, or to improve the services that we offer by tailoring
them to your needs.
CityConcierge.com does not sell any of our users' personal information. Period! We don't like and know you won't either. Unless otherwise specified, we may, however, share information with our affiliate business and with carefully selected companies who we think can offer you services and products of interest to you. For example, if you make a lodging reservation in Mammoth, we will give the owner or property management your contact information so that you can occupy the unit as they must know who they rent to. If you do not wish to have your information shared, write to us and tell us. If you have registered on any part of CityConcierge.com you may also change or update your member references or information within any section of the site where you have signed up, registered or created any type of account such as the Mammoth General Store online shopping area.

Many of the special deals and offers come in the form of banner ads with
associated pop -up windows. The pop Ups are created by us and are used
to show you the special travel deal, or offer. These advertisements are
made and offered by us, for the only purpose of showing them to you so
you can have complete information before your buy. If you choose not to
display POP UPS you may be missing out on a special deal, purchase or

We will never allow POP UPs on our site from other third party services.

IP ADDRESS
Your Internet Protocol ("IP") address is usually associated with the place
from which you enter the Internet, like your Internet Service Provider

IP address assigned to you to help diagnose problems with our server,

us nothing about you personally. Nothing!
KIDS AND PARENTS
CityConcierge.com is not intended for use by children, especially
those under age 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal
